We take an individual approach to each location. After visual inspection or information received electronically, our team prepares a detailed income and profitability prognosis for each submitted property, taking into account current market conditions. Based on this, we make an individual offer. Get in touch to see how much you can earn from your property.

We have two basic billing models: fixed rent and variable rent, calculated on rental income. The form of the model and the number of variants depend on the location. After analysing the property, we always present all the variants possible for the location. It is up to the owner to make the final decision regarding the preferred billing model.

After the on-site inspection, our team will prepare a complete checklist with all the items that need to be included in the property. In the case of unfinished flats, we prepare a functional layout with a complete equipment list for our clients. Our implementation department can also take care of the turnkey finishing of the flat based on the project.

We resolve all technical issues on an ongoing basis during the rental. Any issues that arise during the rental period are repaired on an ongoing basis by Loft Affair. If the furnishings in the flat require periodic replacement, we organise everything comprehensively in consultation with the owner.

The damages of the property with professional short-term rentals is considerably lower than with classic long-term rentals. The properties are subject to ongoing cleaning and technical inspection, and our housekeeping team ensures that the appropriate cleaning products are used depending on the material. For the comfort of our guest, we pay attention to all details while also remembering to refresh the properties periodically.
