Our architectural studio conducts complex interior designs and realisations, with the necessary design coordination and author's supervision of all original concepts, offering investors beautiful yet functional solutions.
General constructor
We carry out large complex realisations as a substitute investor, general contractor throughout the country, specialising in interior finishes and aparthotels. We have a professional construction department proposing tailored solutions for each project.
Online platform
Our operating system is based on a proprietary IT environment, creating a strong platform to manage properties in an automated way, remotely handling most operations, targeted to maximise revenue.

After completing the finishing touches for the first phase of the Glade Enclave project, Loft Affair is opening the first resort in Koscielisko of a larger format called Glade Resort. The picturesque panorama of the Tatra Mountains is the biggest asset of this place. Spacious and comfortable apartments are the perfect place to stay in the mountains. A second phase with a spa area and restaurant is in the pipeline!
